Monet Arbuckle is a seasoned Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing scalable HR infrastructures for startups and scaling organizations.
She specializes in transforming reactive HR environments into structured, growth-ready systems that support operational expansion, leadership development, and workforce stability.
Monet has led HR strategy for organizations ranging from 300 to 1,700 employees, including a $350MM multi-site manufacturing enterprise. She redesigned recruiting operations, reducing hiring costs by 62% and cutting time-to-hire in half.
